'SUCCESS! It took some fine-tuning of the pigment genes, and one or two of the marking expressions are not a perfect match to my intended plan, but...it has worked. And, in a strange way, its nice that the specimen is not an exact replica of Sooki. That gives them a chance at a unique life. I hope they get to live a life of adventure...'

Berlioz was eager to escape the Alpha Labs. As a youngster and buddying up with other vulnerable creatures, she did her best to hide in the dank and the dark, surrounded by the smell of death and chemicals. Her first experience of fresh air felt almost like her lungs were burning, but she knew it would feel better soon. The outside world had been overhwleming at first but she was lucky to encounter a member of The Guardians. They wouldn't normally take on youngsters - none of them were all that interested in being parents - but Berlioz proved herself quite capable even at a young age. Unsuitable for defending other dinosaurs, should the need arise, Berlioz was taught more about mapping and observation and scouting, and serves as a speedy messenger between various Guardians.
