  • Artwork: Full Color, Shaded, Fullbody (75% or more visibility) drawing of each focus dinosaur, including a 3-element background. All focus dinosaurs should be following the prompt description.
  • Literature: 1,200 words. Each focus character should be featured throughout and the foraging activity should be the main focus of the piece.
  • Foraging quests are only for Herbivorous and Omnivorous dinosaurs!

Picky Eater

Is your dinosaur the kind of dinosaur that will eat anything it can fit in its mouth, or does it only seek our the finest flowers to satisfy its stomach?  Depict your dinosaur foraging for its favorite food!

Food Fight

Your dinosaur has just found some delicious food to graze on! Only one problem: there's something already eating here, and they aren't happy to see you! Depict your dinosaur dealing with this confrontation. Will your dinosaur fight for its food, or will it flee and keep looking?

Digging Deep

Depict your dinosaur foraging for something underground! If your dinosaur is willing to dig, it might be able to find tasty roots, mushrooms, or seeds/nuts down in the dirt. How much work is your dinosaur willing to put it to reach these delicacies?

Tasty or Toxic

Even herbivores have to watch what they eat! Depict your dinosaur dealing with dangerous plants or other type of herbivore food source. These can be things like thorny plants, toxic mushrooms, and poisonous berries. Can your dinosaur tell which are safe? What happens if your dinosaur makes a wrong choice?

Watery Wonders

There's plenty of yummy things hidden underwater! Whether that be in the ocean, a stream, or another water source! Depict your dinosaur in or around water finding themselves some aquatic delicacies!

Calcium Clean-Up

Plants lack calcium and where can a herbivore find that? BONES! Osteophagy is your friend; depict your dinosaur osteophag-ing to their heart's content!
