Shape and Placement
- Must create spots/freckles/patches of white
- Shapes must be semi-realistic (same as markings- avoid tattoo-like designs)
- May present on any part of the body
- May create light spots/patches in mouths
- May create white spots and stripes on keratin
- Can mimic markings such as Piebald and Mottled, but is not allowed to mimic other mutations
Color
- Must be lighter than the base color and any colors it sits on top of
- Transparency of vitiligo can vary- while there should be some solid-color areas present, you may also include semi-transparent spots and patches
- Must be selected from the white color swatch below
Interactions
- Layers over top all other markings, including markings such as Curse & Piebald, and dimorphic markings
- Eyes touching vitiligo can present heterochromia and/or sectoral heterochromia
- May be present on other mutation features- may layer on top of or under other mutations as long as its consistent across the design
- Is not affected by color modifiers
