Thyme grew up in the Blooming Desert in a nomadic, mixed herd composed of both herbis and hunters. Her unusual upbringing has led her to be solidly against hunting herbis and supplied her with a versatile ability to thrive in extreme environments.

Most importantly, however, her herd taught in herbal collection and healing. It is an ability she is very proud of, and will often headstrong her way into caring for other dino's ailments (including by tackling and bandaging complete strangers, with the reluctant help of her friends Puppet and Teal) whenever she sees the need arise.

Thyme has a buff build and slightly larger than the average utahraptor.

Thyme's diet is very versatile and she will even eat certain plants, cactuses, or fruits. On a regular basis, she mostly consumes invertebrates, and small reptiles and mammals.

Thyme's favorite food is large fish, but she's terrible at catching them.

Thyme is the leader (and strongest) our of her herd, which is composed of two other raptors, Puppet and Teal.

While most raptors use the term pack to refer to their family group, Thyme refers to any group dinos, including hers, as a herd.

Thyme will taste-test plants when no one is looking.

She slightly despises that most herbis knee-jerk reaction is to treat her like a threat.

Thyme also goes by the nickname Glass, due to her unusual eyes.

🪨🌵🏜️ Interactions 🏜️🌵🪨

Regardless if it is a herbi or a hunter, Thyme almost always begins interactions by making it clear that she is not a threat. However, she is also clear to indicate that she is not a pushover either, and will maintain a firm, dominant composure during interactions with strangers, especially if they are hunters. Thyme is also particularly respectful, as well as wary, of large hunters, and she will visibly maintain her distance during initial interactions.

Thyme will put a lot of work into befriending herbis, and will openly share about her upbringing in a partially herbi family and tips she learned from them to ease predator-prey tensions when conversing with herbis.

If accompanied by Puppet, Thyme will be the first to interact, often shielding or standing in front of Puppet if they are too shy to interact. She is openly protective of them and quick to retaliate if they are physically or verbally threatened.

If accompanied by Teal, Thyme will keep him and his habitual teasing and pranks in check through glares and reminders to behave.

‧₊˚ Puppet - Best Friend ˚₊‧

Puppet and Thyme have been extremely close ever since they stumbled across each other as juveniles. Once it was time for Thyme to leave her familial herd and form her own, she knew immediately that she wanted Puppet in it.

She has a soft spot for Puppet's keenness, quirks, and shy smile.

Teal is a bonehead sometimes, but Thyme has gotten use to him and has found that he seems to be lonely under that playful charade of his.

She just wishes he'd quit teasing Puppet...
