Genesis Labs

This facility is located on Isla Kela and was the primary laboratory used for the bioengineering of new species.

The Genesis Labs were the origin point of Project Genesis: the name given to the Morpheus project for the genetic reverse-engineering of prehistoric animal species. The majority of species that Morpheus developed came from the Genesis Labs, though not all of them were housed in the facility. Genesis contains a large amount of storage space, including both suspension tubes and cryochambers, and some have since lost power to maintain them. This has allowed several species to awaken within the Genesis facility over time, freeing them to roam the islands.
