Shape and Placement

  • Giraffe can be in separate clusters but cannot have wholly floating spots. Smaller trailing patches are allowed.
  • Can fade into base at the edges of the marking and towards undersides.

Color

  • Het form must be one solid color.
  • Hom form can be two-toned with a gradient.
  • Can be any natural color.
  • Can be affected by color modifiers.

Allowed Edge Types

Giraffe is allowed one edge type from the below options - a guide to each edge type can be found by clicking on the images

Hard
Textured
Feathered
Optional Fade

Examples


This is an example of Het Giraffe with a textured edge and a fade. This is also the minimum size acceptable for the spots, they can't be smaller.


This is an example of Hom Giraffe with a hard edge and a two-toned gradient. This is also the maximum size acceptable for the spots, they can't be bigger.


This example shows Giraffe with patches shaped similarly to a Masai giraffe.


This is an example of Giraffe presenting in two different clusters.
