Shape and Placement
- Stripes must always be vertical and follow the body flow - for fliers make sure to follow the correct directional rules!
- The stripes can be connected or unconnected.
- When Het, Underblaze can cover up to 50% of the marking range.
-- When Hom, Underblaze can cover the whole marking range. - The whole marking can be softly erased from the top down to make the whole marking fade.
Color
- Het form must be one solid color.
- Hom form can be two-toned with a gradient.
- Can be any natural color.
- Can be affected by color modifiers.

This example is incorrect because Underblaze cannot 'fill in' large areas; it should be just barely (if at all) connected at the bottom and mostly stripes; not solid blocks of color!
