Born to a psychopathic mother and an uncaring father, Shade grew up battered and neglected alongside his siblings. The initially docile and timid hatchling grew hardened after a brutal betrayal left him on death’s doorstep. From that moment on, he decided there was only one person he cared about: himself. He spent many years struggling to survive as a lone dinosaur before joining a small pack led by a ruthless cryo named Ravager, with whom he’d develop a close partnership forged from mutual interest.
