Tenebrae

A shadow and a curse upon the lands he stalks. He loves to cause chaos everywhere he goes, and his own territory boarders are decorated with the skulls of the various creatures he's hunted, dinosaur or more modern it makes no difference. He takes care in his designs of these grotesque warnings too, and will absolutely decorate them in such ways that those that knew them will recognize them. He is a bogyman to all around, and some say he drinks blood and has been there for ages. Weather that's true or not does not lessen the general fear of him and his lands. He does follow his own code though, what that is is not fully know outside of himself and his people, but one thing is sure. He never breaks his word, and anyhow break theirs with him will regret it. 

He is not above allies though, and will have diplomatic discussion with others. He even likes Maledictum, and allows her safe passage and refuge in his lands at her will. He will also employ other carnivores or very bold herbivores as guards and a militia of sorts. They make a sort of mercenary band that way, though most would simply call them bandits, murderers, thieves, and any other along those lines. He sends them out to raid the nearby territories, and collects a portion of the spoils and meat. 

(As a not, he is 100% meant to be an evil character, maybe he'll come around given the right persuasions, but for now he is my antagonist for antics. Lawful Evil would be his DnD alignment.)
