so much tasty characterization in this one!!! gwenn dismissing her illness, chiska having an interest in manmade things, & you did soooo good conveying riker's attitude with his actions & his dialogue!!! It was so fun to read him carelessly shoving the gate open in juxtaposition to gwenn opening it more carefully with intention to keep snow out, riker kicking it closed (kicking a lot really!) & the listing of things for him to get upset about, it paints such a solid picture of what kind of character he is :D also love the subtle continuity, gwenn just got back from getting fish for raze didn't sheee? hehehe
