Submission (#14864) Approved

Before the doors opened, the Alpha Labs parking garage was always a fairly decent hunting spot all things considered. Small pests like rats, raccoons, even the occasional house cat who'd somehow found their way inside provide a decently light meal, but Dutch had never really truly /explored/ the location. As Dutch finds himself in the parking garage once again, perhaps today that changes
