A nearly adult Verna being rather mocking to the Cryolophosaurus, Deadwood, whom she's driven off from a deer carcass (obscured slightly by the log in the art!) - not the friendliest of meetings but regardless something memorable for Verna, and an event that would unfortunately fuel her egotistical nature in her adult years.
