The Steelwater Flock's jurisdiction typically only included the ocean and surrounding bay areas, however the Shopkeeper hoped they'd hear him out for a special request.
Given the nature of the request, the Matriarch herself took it upon herself to undergo the mission, taking along a single Weaver. Juniper was all too familiar with locating objects with unique uses, and readily volunteered for the journey into the cliffs.
