They really should be appreciating him a bit more than this, he may be a small package compared to those of the court but he was very capable. They were underestimating him, mazes of dinosaur eating plants, corridors in disrepair, and club wielding walking potatoes and they couldn't just give him some credit where it was due for walking his tail down into this so-called “Atlantis” just to see what was up?

Well, he would get their attention, and their secrets, one way or another.

Kyanos was no stranger to Morpheus and its network of tunnels with their strange experiments and other horrors. The Utahraptor had survived the terrors of the Alpha Labs, where most creature with teeth and claw and spike were bigger than him. Although he had been an oddity himself, with his fleshy crown that adorned the top of his head, it had been hard to blend in due to his size and he'd ended up with a collection of freaks. Still, that had put him in a unique position to bend the lab to his will, through clever manipulation. He could sweet talk just as well as he could trash talk and these courtiers were going to find out just how much of a menace he could be if wronged. It started quietly, he lurked around gathering information by listening in on conversations of the courtiers, observing them, and also doing the same and speaking with those of lower rank under them. The warriors, ankylosaurs, walking potatoes that they are, pose a more interesting challenge to pick for information…however the Oviraptors, the oversized chickens, are quite easy to manipulate. Once Kyanos is satisfied with the information he collects he weaponizes it from there with the next phase of his plan. The Utahraptor starts to spread rumors about the court , making sure he isn't seen most of the time he does this so the start of these rumors isn't traced back to him but instead tracked down to many scapegoats, Oviraptors, Knights, sometimes the court themselves. Sometimes he does things more personally, an off-handed comment here, a question veiled with fake concern there. He is a master of acting and impressively able to navigate the politics of the court with ease. His rumors will make them question, seed distrust, and undermine the court. Those that he can remove from power, he does, and those that aren't so weak in the chain.. well… he offers mediation and solutions. It isn't too long of working the court over patiently and the Utahraptor is in their trust. He's no friend of theirs, but it is enough to put him in their league where he can play their game of politics openly. When needed.. No doubt rumors will return, weaponized by him.

Unlike Kyanos who was weaponizing rumors, Scraps was taking on a more hands-on approach to things. Sure getting through the jungle had been a pain, and passing the warriors had taken some work, but Scraps was quick and headstrong and these Courtiers were not going to get in her way. There was no way she was going to kiss-tail to these sheltered fantastical performers.

First thing was first: You can’t have a festival if the festival grounds are an absolute mess. Scraps recognizes the playground of the elite, guarded by warriors of course, and decides she’s going to thrash it. She waits for the changing of the guard and while the warriors are busy she runs in and begins to knock over a wooden container that holds lances made of wood, breaking them one by one so that they cannot be used for the game of jousting.  The hollowed wood..sticks.. Stand no chance against her and her creative ways. She uses the pieces to help her break the fence that makes up the caged-in jousting area, where competitors would be separated by a middle fence where they would run by close to each other but not touching until the lances make contact. She would make sure there was no identifiable lanes, and no barrier between lancer and crowd. Then she moves on to an area of strength. She might not be as big or strong as the courtiers but she doesn’t need to move the rocks of various sizes, she just needs to cut the ropes from around them so they cannot be easily lifted and moved. The same was for more metallic looking balls on and off rope, the smaller of which she used to throw at a bunch of nicely laid out pins. The metallic balls she threw would knock them over pins by pins, sometimes all at once and sometimes one or two at a time. To be an even bigger pain she would start to pick up and scatter the pins one by one, tossing them here and there or carrying them around until she found a place to hide them.   This of course took some time and that let the guards start to come back to the area. As an added bonus, she decided to be an even bigger pain in the butt. She didn’t know why there were nets.. But there were nets.. So naturally she started to run around and throw nets on the warriors she found. The nets would get stuck on the spikey armor the warriors had, and tangle up in the strange..human-made? Armor they had. Now that would keep those pesky warriors occupied for a while. That would make her the opening she need to escape from the small arena area and disappear off into the closest building to continue her chaos.

While some spread rumors and caused chaos, Vanuatu would not be one of those. Possibly due to his tiny size and not wanting to risk a head-on confrontation. Instead he would be more subtle, deciding to sabotage the court in other ways. Normally he wouldn’t go picking fights, but sometimes you just had to let someone know about your displeasure when it came to giant dinosaur-eating (and otherwise)  plants taking over the islands. The Atopodentatus would make his way around the waterways of the Atlantis dome, first surveying things a bit so he could figure out where to even start and how he could even do this considering how small he was. First he would try with sabotaging the bridges that spanned various branches of river, but those were kind of big for him to handle no matter how long it has been ever since the humans stopped maintaining them. Since sabotaging the bridges were kind of out of question he would go for a plan b. He would start dragging logs into the water and finding other debris to use to start building various dams around the waterways so to cause flooding. If he could flood some farms, event grounds, maybe a building, he’d be happy. Though he might also not get what he wanted as a warrior would spot him building one of the dams closer to a building and he would have to dive under and swim off to try to evade capture.

He wanted to do a bit more than building dams, so Vanuatu would take some branches one at a time and try to jam them into the blades of various hydroelectric power plants that were dotting the dome. These ..dubiously …still provided power in some places and he wanted to take it away. If anything, he would just disturb some waterflow. It didn’t exactly feel right, so he moved onto one more thing, or so he told himself.

Vanuatu discovered the relaxing koi pond tucked away in the dome and decided he would commit the ultimate atrocity of damaging it. He couldn’t bring himself to hurt the koi themselves, they just looked super pretty, but he was going to tear down the bamboo that surrounded the pond and ultimately ended up burying the pond under bamboo and young tree limbs and the stray pile of bulrush or whatever tall grass was by the koi pond. That was about all Vanuatu could get away with there. He did a double-check to make sure the koi were okay, before he waddled off to do his last final bad deed against the court. The Atopodentatus would swim as close as he could to the main building that the court used, before he would sneak his way in and start to track muddy footprints and other marks (belly slide!) around the clean floors and then he would disappear back into the river.
