[Comm] The Moment Before

A pachy is a daring catch for any young dinosaur, let alone in an area that they're comfortable with, but with Lone Star cutting off an escape route from the ground, Valentine catching the pachy's attention from above, and the opportunistic Shred launching a surprise attack from behind, they just might land a meal.

2/3 in an age-up set for ronan! really wanted to push some extreme lighting in this one, trying to emphasise a sort of "golden hour" with harsh directional lighting and small shadows on the viewer sidealso wanted to push some higher saturation in the highlights and shadows in this one, since i feel like most of my highlights and shadows tend to be pretty tame in the colour department and i wanted to play with some more warm tone and really Dark shadows to show off depth a bit better

still think i could push things a bit more but altogether really pleased with this piece,, the structures and cliffs in the far background were Especially fun to paint
