Memorable Moment ( Age-up for : Soleil & Eclipse & Artorias )- AgentShark & Lil Monster

The sound of hatchling play was one to keep the many herds on a watchful eye as a new batch of fresh parasaur hatchlings had just got welcomed into the world and it had been a few days with them causing trouble where they could.

The parasaur herd was grazing as they had followed a large shuno herd into the valley looking for the lush plant life for the new faces and the large lumbering herbivores always picked good spots that were full for both herds to enjoy.

“Look at those giants I’m gonna be big and strong like those one day” a small black parasaur hatchling honked out as he trotted inbetween the adults in the herd with a much smaller parasaur behind him who went by the name of Soleil, the two had just been hatched a couple days prior and were learning the many new things that the world had to offer and that was the large dinosaurs called Shunos they traveled with.

The much smaller parasaur shook her head and laughed “we can’t get that big even the bulls don’t get that big Eclipse” she honked before shaking out her feathers that were fluffed out due to her age. As the two small hatchlings played around further down in the herd was a large shuno that spotted blue and black feathers as she reached up trying to get to a tall tree to.

“Oh come on this tree is to high” she huffed slamming her front down and shaking her feathers annoyed at the green leaves just being out of reach for her, it was hard growing up to be the biggest and she was struggling a bit until she noticed the small parasaurs heading her way which got her interested, they were new.

“Look, eclipse a shuno! It’s so big” Soleil said as she pranced forwards towards Artostias who watched the two fluff balls, but Eclipse was already ahead of the two and introduced himself right away to the large herbivore.

“Are you having some trouble? I’m Eclipse and this is Soleil, we are from the parasaur herd” he said puffing out his chest looking upwards at Artotrias who leaned her head down to greet the two.

The giant of a shuno smiled and chuckled at the two “ well I was, seems like the tree is too tall for myself, it’s nice to meet you” she grunted before looking around “ would you two happen to know where any easier greens are?” 

As the three greeted each other, Soleil nodded when the large shuno asked “I think there is some this way but it’s across the river” she honked looking behind her “we can show you”  which Artorias agreed to follow the two, surely the parasaurs knew right?

After a bit of walking they came to the edge of the river and stopped with Artorias waiting for the next move as Soleil and Eclipse looked around “we just have to get across, but I think you are tall

Enough” Eclipse said as he stood at the edge of the river nodding to the green plants that hugged the other side of the river.

“Oh you are right, well we can cross and I’ll make sure to keep you guys safe!” She said stepping into the water as the two parasaur hatchlings looked a little turned away from the idea as the river water was rushing.

“How about we just stay here…” Soleil said before she was cut off by Eclipse who followed soon after the shuno not afraid of the water which made Soleil sigh and follow in after them. 

The three began crossing as Eclipse and Soleil stayed close to Artorias who moved through the river with ease making sure to keep the river water broken up so they could swim without the current, they were about halfway across.

“Eclipse this was a bad idea, I’m getting tired” Soleil said as she swam but was getting left behind which caused Artorias to take notice and stop which made the current become much stronger and that wasn’t good as it began heading towards them harsher making it hard for Eclipse to swim now.

“The current it’s too strong!” He honked out, as him and Soleil were swept away trying to fight against it which caused panic amongst the group, and Artorias was the only one who could do something about it, as she picked up her pace trying to use her tail to grab onto one of them “Grab my tail!” She bellowed out. Being swept away at a young age and watching others be swept was something a young dinosaur could

Remember and a now easy way to food

How it turned into danger and panic. 

“Don’t worry I’m coming, just keep swimming” Artorias said as she grabbed hold of Soliel who was drenched and used her neck to catch Eclipse who was ready to get out of the water as he coughed with Artorias leading them to the other side finally.

“We are never crossing that again Eclipse” Soleil said as she stomped her hooves shaking out the water from her feathers snorting at the bigger parasaur hatchling who was laughing a bit. 

“It’s not funny you're so lucky, Artorias was there” she added before looking at the large shuno who stepped out of the river and let out a sigh of relief.

“Well that was close, maybe I should lead the way next time” the shuno chuckled making sure the two were okay as she eyed the green bushes they were after which lead to

Them crossing the river in the first place. Being so young the trio didn’t understand the dangers but luckily Artorias was there for them and the large herbivore would remember saving the two small hatchlings but right now the three finally could get to what they were there for which was the green bushes that lined the side of the river they were on.

“Let’s dig in! Come on Soleil” Said Eclipse as he rushed over past Artorias who was already munching on the greenery, Soleil followed and joined in as she grabbed some bush in her bill before munching it and taking another bite while Eclipse also did the same.

“Maybe when we are done we go the long way” Artorias said as she chuckled looking at the two who nodded in agreement, after the three filled up they decided to head back to the herd with Eclipse and Soleil in the lead with Artorias following behind as they laughed about the crossing earlier, good thing they had run into each other and maybe a friendship had blossomed.
